My favorite holiday tradition is Thanksgiving dinner at my grama’s house! Nothing beats her yummy rolls!

My favorite holiday tradition is something I started with my children when they were little. I cooked our big meal on Christmas Eve night and afterward we would gather around the tree and open all of the gifts (to make room for Santa’s gifts that night). The next morning I would get up and make my “Stuffed Christmas Bread” (the only time of the year I made it and the kids always looked forward to it as much as Santa’s gifts). Even though the kids are now grown, we still have our big meal Christmas Eve, afterward opening all the gifts under the tree, and wake the following morning to eat my “Stuffed Christmas Bread”.

My favorite holiday tradition is to decorate the Christmas tree the day before Christmas with our children. The eyes of my children light up at that time very often.
Christmas is our favorite time (except the summer holiday). And I love to decorate. Glitter, glimmer and the wonderful smells of oranges and spices.
    We enjoy this time together.

I love, love, love all the holiday baking – I can bake to my little heart’s content, and not feel badly about all the extra calories and fat! Thank you for the chance! The kit looks so sweet!

I love to bake at the holidays. I always have even as a child. I also love decorating for the holidays too ,so it’s between decorating or baking. I can’t make up my mind. lol I am excited to see your new kit and I hope to win as well! Thank you!

favorite holiday tradition is baking cookies (and making candy) with the children to give as gifts to neighbors and friends. They love choosing which ones we make each year and helping. Now it’s the grandkids who help!

    OMG! That peaky looks great!!!!
I don’t have a real family tradition apart from dining all together on Christmas’ Eve and having lunch together on Christmas day. And yeah, presents!
But the most beautiful part for me is actually being on holiday from work for two weeks ROFL. I know that doesn’t sound too sweet for being Christmas but hey, I am honest!

Being on holiday sounds lovely to me LOL! You’re so lucky to be able to take that much time off at the holidays…I’d look forward to it all year, too.

We love our cool advent calendar that I purchased at Restoration Hardware, it’s got little doors and I fill it with trinkets and treats for my 3 children. We also love to sprinkle reindeer food out on the lawn, leave milk and cookies for Santa and have monkey bread Christmas morning.

    • Angeltown says:

I make monkey bread on Christmas morning, too. My family loves it! I need to make a new advent calendar this year for my nephew. He’s two now and I think he’ll really enjoy those little daily treats. I’m sure your children appreciate it!
