Hi! How are you??? I know I’ve been so quiet lately. I have had SO MUCH going on! To start with I begin my new job next Monday, and with a cross-country commute I’ve had just a bit of planning to do. I am seriously so excited to start this new position! Woohoo! Spartanburg here I come!
Also I just realized my Calendar Grid Tutorial is featured on this week’s Dishin’ the Digi Coast 2 Coast on Disc Talk Radio! It’s actually pretty funny the way they introduced it – it’s like – ‘in case anyone actually wants to do this by hand instead of using a purchased template, this lady (my name is not mentioned) has made a tutorial…’ Cracked me up. Oh well. What a fabulous surprise anyway!
In between running about a billion errands (OK that maybe an exaggeration but it sure seems like it) I have found time to do a bit of relaxing and catching up. Had some yummy sushi w Sacha the other night, finally went to the eye dr to get new glasses, and actually did some LO’s. I’m tellin’ ya I was starting to have withdrawals! So on to the LO’s.
This first one is for Kate’s book that I’ve been working on. It’s the first few moments when she met her baby sis last summer. Plus I think these pics of Sacha & Brian are just lovely – maybe some of the best I’ve taken so far. I started this LO a while back but just couldn’t get it to look how I wanted. I dug in again this afternoon and it all fell into place. Don’t you just love that?
This is my LO for last week’s Scraplift Challenge & this week’s 2Ps 2sday Challenge. Photos were taken exactly one year later than the previous LO, since they are from Devin’s 1st birthday party. This is also for Kate’s book.
I also started some new recipe cards and finished this one for the previous Scraplift Challenge. Who can resist butter frosting? Plus I believe I promised a couple of you that I’d send you the recipe LOL, so here it is.

More to do so I’ll be back later! I’ll actually be able to post quite a bit this week since I’ll be home. Can you believe it?
