I'm still here!

Whew! Were you wondering if I’d wandered off? There’s so much going on so I’m CRAZY busy! But really thrilled because lots of fabulous things are happening.

First of all, have you checked out this week’s studioWERX Street Team Challenge by Lu? Her art journal pages are GORGEOUS. You know you want to break out your art journal now and play. Come on! It’s so liberating and fulfilling to work in an art journal. Create whatever you want out of literally anything. Collage some magazine bits, labels, and other tidbits from your life. Paint. Draw. Doodle. Anything goes! If you haven’t started an art journal yet it’s the perfect time!

Next week I’m issuing a challenge so watch for that, too!

Last weekend I finally got some cleaning & reorganizing done. I’m not finished but made a good dent at least. I resorted all my paint & a lot of my supplies, then rearranged them on my shelves for easier access. How did I aquire so much stuff? Don’t answer that. On Father’s Day my sis & her bf came over for a bit & I picked up dinner.

I have a couple LO’s to post later. Trying to finish up an 8×8 album for Kate so I can order it from Shutterfly. She loves books so hopefully she’ll love one full of photos of herself! Devin is turning one this weekend so I’ll be baking lots of yummy cupcakes. Then off to Sacha’s for a princess birthday party with lots of friends & family. Should be fun! You can bet I’ll take loads of photos!

I also have some other things in the works that I’m not ready to share yet! ;-D
